At GemsRang, we strive to provide our customers with the finest quality natural gemstones. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 7-day, 100% refund policy on loose gemstones.
Refund Terms & Conditions:
1. 7-Day Return Window: You may request a full refund within 7 days of receiving your order. No returns or refunds will be accepted after this period.
2. Applicable to Loose Gemstones Only: Our refund policy applies only to loose gemstones. Jewelry, customized orders, and other products are not eligible for returns or refunds.
3. Condition of the Gemstone: The gemstone must be unused, undamaged, and in its original condition along with any certification provided.
4. Refund Process: To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support with your order details. Once the returned gemstone is received and verified, we will process a 100% refund to your original payment method.
5. Return Shipping: The customer is responsible for securely shipping the gemstone back to us. We recommend using an insured and trackable shipping service.
Important Notes:
Β Shipping Charges are not refundable.
Β Return Shipment is at customer's cost.
Β Additionally, any additional lab certificate that may have been ordered apart from the free along with the gemstone, shall not be refunded in the return payment.
Β Return of the amount will take 7-10 business days to process (from the receiving date of the product at our address). Please note that the credit card company / banks may take another week to reflect that in your account.
